Black Plum Tomato

The following is brief as the first person to edit this article is about to grow them, but hasn't. Any additional information or corrections about this plant would be highly desirable.

A small, indeterminate, plum sized tomato with a black tint to the skin.

I'm trying these this year because I've seen them advertised as being rich and great for making spaghetti. It's mid Summer and I've yet to have a ripe one, but this is what the immature tomatoes look like.





There, a mostly ripe version straight out of the garden! These don't look as dark as they were pictured on the seed pack, but it could be that I'm still not letting them sit on the vine long enough. It certainly is ready to be eaten though.






We planted some this year ours look more oval shaped and are diffentaly much darker almost chocalate clored very good tasting Tom and each plant is small but producing +20 per plant, highly recommend this one!!!
